Functional Safety Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
As Functional Safety Manager at F+S you are responsible for and manage the topic of functional safety in projects. You monitor compliance with specified development processes and constantly strive to improve them. You work closely with the safety manager of the respective customer, with the safety engineers in the project team and with the project management.
What we expect of you:
- Enthusiasm and enjoyment in becoming acquainted with new topic areas
- A passion for software quality
- Very good technical understanding at all levels
- Experience in system or software development, ideally in the automotive or embedded sector
- Well-founded skills in the area of agile software development and the underlying processes
- Extensive knowledge of both classic and agile project management methods
- Distinct customer orientation, social competence and ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
