The know-how and skills of its employees are the most important assets of F + S GmbH. Therefore, the company attaches great importance to the continuous education of its employees. They are regularly instructed in internal trainings, for example on security in information technology.

External trainings are also on the agenda almost every month. For example, several employees were recently instructed to become a Professional Scrum Master or Product Owner. Other employees have received their safety expertise certified by the SGS-TÜV Saar and are now entitled to the title "AFSP - Automotive Functional Safety Professional". One employee has taken the next hurdle to the "AFSE - Automotive Functional Safety Expert".

Developers of the F + S GmbH attended courses with and without certification to the topics Requirements Engineering, Software Architecture, Software Test, but also to Artificial Intelligence. Our consultants were represented at various congresses, in particular on the topics IT Security, Automotive SPICE and Functional Safety, sometimes with their own lectures.

We are happy to consolidate and expand the know-how of F + S GmbH.
