The generational change in the F+S management is entering the second stage.

After Mr. Thomas Rainer Simon was succeeded by Mr. Josef Horstkötter, 3 years ago, the company's second founder, Dr. Fleckner, is also resigning as of 03/31/2011.

We thank Dr. Fleckner for his successful founding activities and for his willingness to continue assisting us with our projects. He will remain in the company as authorized signatory, Principal SPICE Assessor and consultant.

The new Managing Director will be Mr. André Zeh, who has been with F+S for many years. Together with the second Managing Director, Josef Horstkötter, he will provide for the necessary continuity within the company.

We would like to wish Mr. Zeh every success in this new position of responsibility.
